Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to enhance our client base and nurture enduring relationships. This role involves connecting with potential clients, elucidating our comprehensive business and legal assistance services, and successfully converting leads into loyal customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our service portfolio.
- Identify and qualify prospective sales opportunities through effective communication.
- Understand client requirements and tailor appropriate solutions accordingly.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide detailed explanations, and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Consistently follow up on leads to meet or surpass sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales data within the CRM system.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to harmonize strategies and improve client experience.
- Offer client feedback to enhance services and keep abreast of industry and company updates.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- 0 to 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar capacity.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset focused on relationship building.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Capability to work independently in a goal-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Desirable Attributes
- Prior sales experience in legal or business services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of company registration and compliance services is a plus.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
