Executive - Lead Generation

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and proactive Executive to join our International Outbound Sales team. This position involves making outbound calls to potential clients primarily in the US and Canada, explaining our company's services, and generating qualified leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls targeting prospects in US and Canada based on assigned leads.
• Clearly and persuasively present details about company services.
• Maintain accurate call logs, update response tracking, and regularly update CRM records.
• Arrange meetings or demonstrations for the business development and sales teams.
• Follow up consistently with potential clients through phone or email to sustain engagement.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to call volume, lead conversion, and generation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless transfer of qualified leads.
• Employ a professional and customer-oriented approach in all communications.

Requirements

• Graduate degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience between 0 and 2 years in international outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and active listening.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with international time zones.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office will be advantageous.
