About the Company and Role

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited is seeking dedicated Telecallers to work from Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing both outbound and inbound calls to interact effectively with current and potential customers by delivering precise details about the company’s services.

Key Duties

• Conduct outbound calls targeting prospective and existing clients.
• Address incoming inquiries and resolve patients' questions.
• Clearly communicate information about products and services.
• Keep accurate records of calls and continually update customer information.
• Follow up on potential leads to secure conversions.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call targets set by the company.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Age between 22 and 30 years.
• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to professionally engage with customers.
• Confidence and a positive demeanor.

Other Mandatory Requirements

• Possession of Aadhar Card.
• Possession of PAN Card.

Work Schedule

Six working days per week.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 22,000 INR.
