About the Company and Role
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd., headquartered in Zirakpur, is hiring a Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist) on a full-time basis. The job location is at the head office in Zirakpur with a workweek of 6 days and a 9-hour daily shift.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive HR operations and oversee employee lifecycle processes.
- Create and upkeep HR MIS reports leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Maintain detailed employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Administer attendance tracking, leave management, and HR data organization.
- Address employee inquiries and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR functioning.
- Compile HR reports and dashboards for management assessments.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational HR policies and compliance standards.
- Contribute to employee engagement and assist with performance management systems.
- Coordinate with payroll and statutory compliance teams as needed.
- Support new HR initiatives and facilitate process enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree in any field; MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HR generalist functions and HR operations management.
- Expertise in employee lifecycle management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting techniques.
- Strong background in HR documentation and employee relations.
- Familiarity with attendance and leave management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in healthcare or hospital sectors is advantageous.
- Highly analytical with excellent command of Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to independently manage various HR responsibilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines reliably.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary can reach up to ₹40,000, contingent on experience and interview outcomes. The package includes statutory benefits such as PF and ESIC as per company policies.
