Job description
Overview
We are looking for an Executive or Senior Executive to join a prestigious pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai to handle comprehensive export documentation and compliance activities, including DGFT-related procedures. The role involves working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accurate and timely processing of export orders and regulatory adherence.
Primary Duties
- Manage the complete export order lifecycle using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and assist in the transition process to SAP S/4HANA.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer master data, pricing, Incoterms, payment conditions, and shipment records within ERP systems.
- Track export shipments, monitor outstanding payments, foreign remittances, and ensure proper realization of export revenues aligning with shipping bills and invoices.
- Handle documentation and processes related to FIRC, e-FIRC, BRC, bank realization statements, and reconcile export invoices with bank remittances.
- Oversee Advance Authorization/licensing functions including application submissions, license utilization tracking, export obligation monitoring, amendments, and timely closure with DGFT.
- Work within EDPMS, IDPMS, ICEGATE systems to facilitate shipping bill and goods return closures while ensuring RBI compliance and resolving export discrepancies in coordination with banks.
- Generate export-related MIS reports, organize compliance documentation, support internal and external audits, and work collaboratively with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, banks, and regulatory consultants.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: B.Com, BBA, Supply Chain Management, or International Business graduate.
- Experience: Approximately 3 years in export documentation, EXIM operations, commercial export activities, and compliance management.
- In-depth knowledge of export proceed realization, FIRC/e-FIRC, BRC procedures, foreign remittance tracking, and interaction with authorized dealer banks.
- Strong understanding of Advance Authorization and DGFT regulations including license management and export obligation oversight.
- Familiarity with customs documentation processes, ICEGATE, EDPMS/IDPMS systems, RBI export guidelines, and international trade compliance.
- ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA focused on export order processing and commercial functions.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel including MIS report preparation, data reconciliation, documentation accuracy, and coordination with diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred industry exposure in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, API manufacturing, or export-oriented manufacturing sectors.
