About the Company and Role
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd., based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, is seeking a dedicated Hospital Coordinator to join their Hospital Operations/Patient Services team on a full-time basis. This role requires working six days a week and offers a salary up to INR 35,000 per month.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges by collaborating closely with medical and nursing teams.
- Serve as the main communication bridge between patients, doctors, nurses, front desk, billing, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments.
- Guide patients and their attendants through hospital procedures, documentation, and related services.
- Oversee patient flow to ensure timely consultations, investigations, and treatments.
- Support doctors during ward rounds by organizing patient records, reports, and updates.
- Address patient feedback, complaints, and concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
- Coordinate with support services like housekeeping, pharmacy, diagnostics, and billing to guarantee prompt patient care.
- Adhere to hospital standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and maintain quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of patient coordination and routine hospital operations.
- Follow up on pending patient requirements to ensure timely solutions.
- Help maintain a welcoming and patient-focused hospital environment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical healthcare standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports as instructed by the reporting manager.
- Perform additional hospital coordination duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years experience in hospital coordination, patient services, hospital operations, or healthcare administration.
- Experience within a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities with multitasking proficiency.
- Patient-focused and committed to service excellence.
- Proficient in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Competent in managing patient and attendant concerns professionally.
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
- Good problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 35,000.
