Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is currently seeking a courteous and well-organized Front Desk Executive to oversee the reception and front office activities. This position plays an essential role in greeting visitors, managing patient queries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless reception operations. The role requires maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, creating a positive initial impression of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Politely welcome all patients, guests, and visitors, assisting with their inquiries.
- Manage patient registrations, schedule appointments, and coordinate walk-in visits.
- Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, emails, and all front desk communications.
- Keep accurate records including visitor logs, patient files, and relevant front office documentation.
- Liaise with medical staff such as doctors and nurses, as well as internal departments to help patient flow.
- Support billing processes, manage receipts, and perform basic cash handling when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and discipline within the reception area.
- Address patient issues or escalate them to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Adhere strictly to hospital policies, standard operating procedures, and confidentiality requirements at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferred experience of 1 to 2 years in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
- Graduate in any field; additional diploma or certification in Front Office or Hospitality is a plus.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Basic proficiency with computers, including MS Office, email handling, and data entry tasks.
- A pleasant and professional demeanor with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to interact patiently and empathetically with patients and visitors.
