Company Overview
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for a diligent Data Entry Operator to join their Panchakarma department. This role involves managing precise patient records, documenting treatments, and handling daily operational data.
Role Responsibilities
- Input and update patient information, details of Panchakarma treatments, and therapy data within the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Manage daily logs for patient appointments, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
- Guarantee the thoroughness and correctness of all patient files and documentation.
- Create Management Information System (MIS) reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Liaise with Panchakarma therapists, physicians, and front office staff to ensure timely data entries.
- Carry out data verification and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
- Organize physical and digital patient records methodically.
- Produce reports as requested by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information at all times.
- Support additional administrative and backend duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline; diploma or certificate in Computer Applications is advantageous.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in data entry, MIS, backend operations, or hospital administration.
- Prior experience within a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is a plus.
- Strong focus on detail with excellent documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively.
- Capacity to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
