Position Overview
SkillSeller Digital Hub in Ranchi is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Business Development Executive specializing in Digital Marketing to expand our team. This role focuses on generating leads, promoting digital marketing training and services, and converting prospects into clients or admissions.
Key Duties
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities via calls, meetings, and networking.
- Market SkillSeller's digital marketing educational offerings and related services to potential clients.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions or clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communications to manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local enterprises, students, and professionals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and admission targets.
- Engage in both online and offline business development initiatives.
Compensation & Performance
Salary is contingent on performance with earning potential ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on target achievement. Incentives increase with higher performance levels, and earnings are commission-based if targets aren't met.
