Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates on the store’s customer engagement and selling strategies, fostering a customer-centric and results-driven culture.
• Actively engage customers to boost sales, promote flyers and specials, and ensure associates understand ongoing promotions.
• Encourage a culture of learning by partnering with store leaders to set sales targets and support associates in staying abreast of new products and industry trends.
• Maintain operational standards by overseeing health and safety compliance, loss prevention efforts, and adherence to company policies.
• Commit to personal and team development through conducting training sessions and encouraging continuous learning.
• As keyholder, manage store opening and closing procedures securely, oversee timekeeping and payroll activities, and ensure compliance with asset protection and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably with a background in technology sales.
• At least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory position responsible for meeting sales and service objectives is desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills to motivate both customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
