Retail Print & Services Supervisor

Job Overview

As a Print & Services Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain operational quality in the print and service areas of the store. Your enthusiasm for the business will be evident as you support your team in offering tailored solutions, products, and services to customers while fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers by modeling and coaching effective selling techniques, encouraging associates to do the same, and maintaining a customer-focused approach while supervising print production and customer interactions.
• Implement and communicate promotional campaigns, ensuring team understanding and maximizing sales opportunities during customer support interactions.
• Oversee specific store areas including cash and print departments to meet sales goals and cultivate a culture of learning and adaptation to new trends, products, and services among associates.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards within the print department.
• Commit to ongoing personal growth and facilitate training initiatives for team members, encouraging continuous development and learning.

Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum of three years experience in retail customer service, with preference given to those who have held supervisory or coaching roles.
• One to two years of experience in a print or graphic communications setting, coupled with knowledge of graphic design fundamentals.
• Competence in operating computer and printing machinery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
