Role Overview

This hybrid position is based in London, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional days possible for team activities. As one of the first outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in London, you will help build EMEA outbound sales operations from scratch within a high-performing sales team, gaining valuable mentorship and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a strategic list of target accounts in your assigned territory.
  • Develop detailed account strategies through research, contact identification, personalized outreach emails, and targeted outbound calls.
  • Engage senior executives in high-level discussions to present tailored product insights and compelling value propositions.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits using customized pitches and relevant data to emphasize platform value.
  • Maintain organized and accurate sales intelligence by updating Salesforce to support the entire team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to relay market feedback and influence product positioning in the EMEA region.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly goals for qualified sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • At least one year of experience as an SDR, preferably with a focus on outbound B2B SaaS sales.
  • Energetic and motivated to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for mastering key sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce.
  • Highly self-driven, accountable, and able to manage workload independently with urgency.
  • Detail-oriented yet cognizant of the broader sales strategy and goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with persistence in maintaining professional prospect and customer relationships.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments and handle responsibilities beyond direct prospecting.
  • Open to coaching, flexible, and quick to incorporate constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable both giving and receiving feedback within a high-performance and growth-oriented team setting.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor, eager to contribute to a close-knit, socially engaging team culture.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience engaging with in-house legal teams or stakeholders within legal departments.
  • Background in high-growth technology or SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with the UK and broader EMEA markets, including multi-country sales experience.
