Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Technical Learning & Development Specialist to enhance the technical capabilities within the organization by designing and implementing effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing gaps in technical skills and competencies across teams.
• Design comprehensive electrical and technical training plans and programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Manage and coordinate the execution of technical training sessions and workshops.
• Prepare and develop educational and competency-building training materials.
• Measure the impact and effectiveness of technical training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with technical departments and external training experts to align programs with company goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a closely allied field.
• Have at least six years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or training roles, particularly relating to technical subjects.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of technical and electrical training necessities and methodologies.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, coordination ability, and proficiency in developing training resources.
