Job description
Role Overview
As the Talent Development Manager at Rosewood Red Sea, you will be instrumental in enhancing the associate experience by promoting a culture centered on ongoing learning, engagement, and outstanding performance. You will spearhead the training and development agenda to ensure associates are fully prepared with the necessary competencies to provide superior guest service, aligned with Rosewood's core values and service approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and assess learning and development initiatives that bolster associate capabilities and operational excellence.
- Advocate for the Rosewood Brand Standards and Lead Quality Assurance efforts by conducting routine audits, facilitating training, and enforcing corrective actions.
- Oversee the onboarding process to guarantee new hires experience a smooth and engaging orientation and probation follow-up.
- Lead leadership and talent growth programs, encompassing management training, mentorship, cross-functional training, internships, and graduate development.
- Examine feedback from audits, guest satisfaction metrics, and employee surveys to pinpoint training needs and encourage ongoing enhancements.
- Plan and administer annual training agendas, monthly schedules, budgets, and maintain comprehensive training documentation to ensure effective delivery and compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning and development, with a talent for fostering meaningful upskilling opportunities.
- At least four years’ experience in delivering training and development programs within a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills capable of engaging participants across varying levels.
- Advanced analytical abilities enabling the conversion of guest quality feedback and engagement data into effective development programs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, to create compelling and professional learning content.
- Excellent collaborator who builds productive interdepartmental relationships and promotes a culture of exceptional service and continuous growth.
