A rapidly growing, venture capital-backed SaaS startup is assembling its founding team in India by hiring a Technical Consultant to provide swift and effective integration solutions for early customers. This company collaborates with a managed marketplace that supports global firms in building high-performance teams and Global Capability Centers in India.
Role Overview
The Technical Consultant will be responsible for scoping and delivering integration solutions tailored to the needs of initial clients, collaborating closely with the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business and customer requirements into well-defined technical solutions.
- Assess various integration approaches and identify the most appropriate method.
- Create prototypes and validate them prior to transferring to delivery groups.
- Assist with implementation and configuration during the rollout phase.
- Produce clear documentation accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide training to internal teams or clients on deployed solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 7 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation roles.
- Able to navigate between detailed technical concepts and business-level communication.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities with an inclination to validate solutions before development.
- Demonstrate proficient written and verbal English skills and maintain a dependable remote working setup.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating APIs or working within a relevant platform ecosystem.
- A background in software engineering or solutions architecture is advantageous.
