Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant possessing 5 to 14 years of professional experience. The role demands proficient hands-on skills with Fast Formula and deep knowledge across at least two Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Taleo, Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), or Oracle Recruiting.
Key Duties and Expectations
- Utilize expertise in Fast Formula scripting and configuration to support HCM solutions.
- Engage across multiple Oracle HCM modules ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders maintaining high communication standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Fast Formula development.
- Proficiency in at least two Oracle HCM functional modules.
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with technical and business teams.
- Education: Any graduate degree.
