System Administrator

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Haystack partner to take charge of administering and enhancing an IT environment primarily based on Windows 11 and Windows Server platforms including Active Directory management. This role involves providing first-line IT support and serving as the contact point for escalation when users require advanced assistance. Additionally, the position encompasses managing the telephone system to guarantee its seamless operation.

The ideal candidate will assist in planning and implementing various IT projects, maintain the network and VMware infrastructure, and consistently monitor system performance, availability, and security while keeping comprehensive IT documentation up to date.

Candidate Profile and Expectations

• Completion of vocational training in IT or possessing a comparable qualification.
• At least two years of professional experience in IT system administration roles.
• Expertise in administering current Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Beneficial to have knowledge of network technologies and experience with cloud productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate a structured work style, and show a willingness to continuously learn.
