Role Overview

We seek a highly influential Strategic Delivery Lead to join the Operations Performance team. This critical position bridges strategy and execution within Operations by providing visibility, alignment, and momentum for the operational portfolio involving Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations leadership.

Your objective is to ensure initiatives are effectively prioritized, sequenced, governed, and executed through a unified roadmap enabling seamless operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the integrated Operations delivery roadmap, aligning, prioritizing, and sequencing initiatives strategically.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Operations leadership and portfolios.
• Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies, risks, and conflicting priorities across the portfolio.
• Lead governance forums to facilitate informed, high-quality decisions.
• Maintain and develop governance frameworks, delivery standards, and RASCI models.
• Provide clear insights into delivery progress, portfolio health, organizational capacity, and strategic risks.
• Support senior leaders in resource allocation and prioritization trade-offs.
• Enhance PMO practices, governance efficiency, and delivery maturity continuously.
• Clarify complex scenarios helping leaders translate strategy to tangible outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive background in strategic delivery, portfolio management, PMO leadership, transformation, or operational performance improvement.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and establishing governance frameworks.
• Experience consolidating various workstreams into actionable delivery roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities at executive levels.
• Skill in balancing strategic perspectives with pragmatic execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing risks, dependencies, prioritization, and managing organizational capacity.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and decision support skills.
• A holistic systems thinking mindset linking people, processes, and outcomes.
