Role Overview
We are searching for a creative and skilled Senior Analyst with a strong affinity for crafting engaging content in Internal Communications and Human Resources. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator who connects seamlessly with internal communication leaders and professionals, thriving in both face-to-face and virtual community interactions. Flexibility is essential as the role requires multitasking and adapting duties to support team and organizational priorities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create diverse and captivating content such as articles, videos, podcasts tailored for our member-only community and social media channels.
- Manage multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and executing them effectively.
- Promote active participation within the Simply Community by engaging members thoughtfully and boosting platform interaction and attendance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to develop compelling content for email campaigns and social media outreach.
- Assist in the development and refinement of editorial and content strategies for both the public website and community platform, contributing fresh themes and innovative ideas.
- Compile and analyze data to assess campaign outcomes and facilitate performance improvements based on empirical insights.
- Demonstrate expertise and provide authoritative perspectives in Internal Communications and HR to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Organizational Communications or Human Resources.
- Desirable: Certification or specialization in Internal Communications.
