Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Learning and Adoption Lead to join our Security Change team. Reporting to the Change Manager, you will play a key role in equipping our personnel with the expertise, skills, and assurance required to embrace new systems, processes, and work methodologies throughout Gallagher Security.

This position blends strategic insight with practical implementation. You will oversee learning and adoption initiatives connected to change and transformation projects, collaborating closely with project teams, subject matter experts, leadership, and change professionals to develop compelling learning experiences that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct learning and adoption efforts across business, technology, and process transformation initiatives.
• Conduct analyses to identify learning requirements and create role-specific learning pathways aligned to organizational goals.
• Develop engaging educational content such as guides, presentations, eLearning modules, videos, knowledge base articles, in-application assistance, and other support materials.
• Organize and manage learning delivery logistics, including scheduling training sessions, communicating with learners, preparing resources, and ensuring facilitator readiness.
• Facilitate or assist with workshops, virtual sessions, live demonstrations, and hands-on practice opportunities.
• Equip leaders, trainers, and change advocates to support ongoing learning and adoption.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness by measuring readiness, confidence, and competence improvements.
• Identify risks to adoption and capability gaps, proposing focused interventions and support mechanisms.
• Coordinate follow-up post-launch reinforcement, coaching, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Guarantee smooth transition of learning activities from project leadership to business-as-usual management to secure enduring benefits.

Candidate Profile

You have expertise in instructional design, capability development, or learning delivery, and are skilled at making complex materials accessible and engaging.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in learning design, instructional design, training delivery, digital learning, or equivalent fields.
• Proven track record supporting business change, including technology, system, or process transformations.
• Competence in conducting learning needs assessments and designing comprehensive learning programs.
• Ability to develop diverse learning content including both digital and instructor-led formats.
• Experience facilitating training sessions with varied stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication skills in written, visual, and verbal formats.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with leveraging digital and AI-powered tools to enhance learning efficacy.
