Role Overview

We seek a skilled Digital Growth Manager to lead and develop eShepherd's digital growth strategy supporting its worldwide expansion. This key position will define methods to attract customers, cultivate demand, manage leads, and scale growth initiatives internationally. The role demands a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution, employing data analytics, digital channels, marketing technologies, and AI tools to achieve measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement eShepherd's global digital expansion strategy in existing and new markets.
• Enhance customer acquisition via paid media, SEO, conversion rate improvements, and campaign management.
• Oversee agency and platform collaborations to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
• Leverage data analysis and experimentation to boost lead quality, pipeline contribution, and overall growth performance.
• Work alongside regional marketing units to ensure consistent and scalable growth programs worldwide.
• Evaluate current digital performance to identify prime growth opportunities.
• Optimize paid search, social media, websites, and lead-generation efforts.
• Advance marketing automation processes for improved lead nurturing and engagement lifecycle.
• Create actionable dashboards linking marketing outputs to commercial results.
• Develop replicable growth playbooks for launching in new regions.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated track record in generating quantifiable growth, lead acquisition, and pipeline development through digital marketing.
• Strong capabilities in paid media, SEO and AI-driven search optimization, marketing automation, CRM, and digital analytics.
• Experience managing initiatives across multiple or international markets.
• Data-driven approach with ability to convert insights into effective actions.
• Skilled in overseeing agencies, digital partnerships, and marketing budgets.
• Keen interest in cutting-edge technologies, AI, and contemporary marketing tools.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, rapidly growing organizational contexts.
• Familiarity with SaaS, digital platforms, scale-ups, AgTech, or comparable fast-growth sectors is advantageous.
