Role Overview

Join our team as a Delivery Driver at Argos, part of Sainsbury's, where you'll be delivering an extensive range of over 60,000 products directly to customers’ doorsteps or their preferred collection points. This role demands careful handling of goods, efficient loading, and executing a set delivery route assisted by ePod technology to ensure timely and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage van loading and complete assigned delivery drops efficiently within your shift.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
• Drive safely adhering strictly to road and company safety guidelines.
• Follow route instructions to ensure timely returns within scheduled shifts, supported by company phone assistance while on the road.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude, taking pride in high-quality service.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying goods as required.
• Quick problem-solving skills to handle any delivery challenges on the spot.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be above the school-leaving age in your country.
• Right to work legally in the UK is essential.
• Hold a full UK or EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 demerit points.
