About the Role
Join a leader in industrial engineering supplies as a Storeperson/Internal Sales representative at our Kalgoorlie branch. This hands-on position combines sales support with inventory management, ideal for someone passionate about customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily store and sales operations.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries about products, pricing, orders, inventory, deliveries, and accounts.
- Support stock handling and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the branch.

Candidate Profile
- 6 to 12 months experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations.
- Hold a valid current driver's license.
- Mechanical aptitude is advantageous, especially knowledge of bearings and power transmission products.
- Proficient with computers, including Outlook and general software systems.
- Eagerness for ongoing training, new ideas, and skill development.
- Commitment to safety, performing duties according to company Health & Safety policies.
