Job Overview

• Effectively manage challenging customer interactions by de-escalating situations or escalating to management when necessary.
• Keep the store environment clean and safe by performing tasks such as dusting, front-facing products, and maintaining demo units in proper working order.

Required Qualifications

• Possess between three months to one year of retail experience, which is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.
