Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate opportunities to boost customer satisfaction.
• Support the success of in-store print services by mastering product knowledge and the sales model.
• Work alongside store leadership to realize sales and margin objectives.
• Carry out in-store print production and order management.
• Comply with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies.
• Engage customers proactively by offering customized solutions and fully utilizing available selling tools.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including shipping and marketing promotions, using the POS system.
• Manage print orders from intake through fulfillment, ensuring organization according to company standards.
• Keep printing machines supplied with paper, toner, and peripherals, maintaining inventory control.
• Maintain store merchandising and signage standards in print and checkout areas.
• Complete all required audits, checklists, and brand compliance tasks within print and service zones.

Required Qualifications

• Between 3 months to 1 year of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Able to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
