Job Overview

Join our team as a Sales Associate focused on Print and Services within our Oakville, Ontario location. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance by leveraging our proven selling techniques and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by engaging customers proactively and identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and sales.
• Support store success by mastering product knowledge and utilizing the store's selling model to recommend print and service offerings effectively.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet established sales and margin targets.
• Operate in-store print production equipment and manage related processes.
• Adhere strictly to Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies.
• Engage customers by offering tailored product and service solutions using all sales tools to anticipate and fulfill future needs.
• Process transactions accurately via the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping and marketing functionalities to maximize conversions.
• Manage the intake and pickup process for customer print orders, utilizing the print dashboard, phone, and counter interactions.
• Maintain equipment supplies including paper, toners, and other consumables to ensure continuous operation.
• Systematically catalog and prioritize print orders following company guidelines and service protocols.
• Upkeep merchandising, signage, and inventory standards in print and cashier areas, ensuring accuracy through company established procedures.
• Commit to learning and sustaining all print and service area standards, ensuring completion of checklists, audits, and adherence to brand requirements.

Qualifications

• Between three months and one year of retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills paired with a customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team setting.
