Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate position is located in Gobindpur. The sales associate will greet customers, identify their preferences, and assist in choosing jewelry that fits their style and budget. Key duties involve showcasing products, explaining their attributes and certifications, managing billing processes, and ensuring accuracy in cash and card payments. The associate is responsible for maintaining attractive product displays, keeping the store clean and well-organized, aiding inventory checks, and replenishing stock. Collaboration to achieve both individual and store sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards is expected.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities to establish trust and nurture lasting client relationships.
• Fundamental sales and retail skills such as upselling, cross-selling, and addressing customer inquiries and issues.
• Proficiency in handling cash, operating billing systems, and maintaining precise transaction documentation.
• Good communication skills in local languages and English, presenting a courteous and professional demeanor.
