Store Manager

About the Role

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team, dedicated to advancing professional and personal growth within a supportive community. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the complete operation of a single store including hiring, managing, and directing team members to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Comprehensive leadership training is provided for eight or more weeks to prepare you for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of one store location.
• Recruit, lead, and guide associates to achieve business goals.
• Ensure excellent service and quality guest interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your home as business needs arise.
• Availability to work flexible hours including opening, closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in Food Safety, specifically Serve Safe.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, work quickly and accurately in hot, fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Strong verbal communication skills and adaptability to dynamic workplace conditions and conflict resolution.
