Store Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for locations including Raichur, Sindhanur, Bidar, and Ilkal to oversee daily store operations and ensure optimal customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage smooth and timely store operations including prompt opening and strict adherence to SOPs and hygiene protocols.
• Enhance customer service quality and drive loyalty through effective engagement within the store.
• Oversee inventory management including stock availability, damage control, expiry monitoring, shrinkage reduction, and proper cash handling.
• Ensure effective planogram implementation, efficient space utilization, and the upkeep of high store standards.
• Lead and mentor the store team to boost productivity and meet operational objectives.
• Track daily performance metrics and take corrective measures as necessary.
• Maintain and safeguard store assets by enforcing robust loss prevention procedures.
• Engage regularly with customers to assess their needs and collect feedback related to product assortment, availability, and pricing.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in retail store management.
• Experience in Food and FMCG retail sectors is advantageous.

Interview Process

• First round includes an online test.
• Subsequent rounds involve video conferencing and/or face-to-face interviews.
