About the Role
More Retail Private Limited is urgently seeking to hire Housekeeping Associates to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at stores. This is a direct on-roll employment opportunity based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Duty Timings and Work Schedule
- Shift runs from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, inclusive of a 30-minute break.
- Monthly duty of 26 days with 4 off days, which may fall between Monday to Friday.

Prafulla Kanan (Rajarhat), Kolkata – 1 vacancy.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Salary range from INR 10,200 to INR 10,400 per month.
- Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), annual bonus, gratuity, and 30 leaves annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning floors using broom and mop to maintain hygiene standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness of staff toilets and other designated areas.
Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
- Applicants must be local and able to join work by 6:00 AM at the specified location.
- Experience or capability to perform floor cleaning, mopping, and hygiene maintenance tasks at malls, shops, or stores.
- Only candidates able to attend interviews and join immediately (within two days) should apply.
Additional Information
Direct spot interviews and immediate joining are being conducted at the specified More Supermarket stores between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on the day of recruitment.
