Team Leader / Store Incharge

Overview

The Team Leader/Store Incharge is entrusted with overseeing the daily functions of the retail store. This encompasses guiding the frontline staff, ensuring top-notch customer experiences, maintaining proper stock levels, controlling inventory losses, boosting sales, and adhering to operational and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shift activities and store operations efficiently.
• Lead and motivate frontline team members to achieve store goals.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and maintain stock availability and manage inventory shrinkage.
• Support the Store Manager in meeting business objectives and targets.
• Ensure compliance with company operational standards and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in retail operations within supermarkets, hypermarkets, or modern trade environments.
• Strong abilities in store operations and team leadership.
• Established skills in customer service and problem resolution.
• Good competence in inventory management and sales processes.
• Experience in cash handling and use of MS Excel.
• Communicative and capable of solving problems efficiently.

Salary Range: ₹18000 to ₹40000 per month
