About the Job
More Retail Private Limited is recruiting for the position of Picker / Packer to join their team at various supermarket locations. This is a permanent full-time role within the retail sector, offering direct payroll employment on a regular basis. The ideal candidates are freshers without an existing UAN or provident fund account.
Interview Details
Interviews are scheduled at designated stores from October 9 to October 11, 2026, between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Assist customers by attending to their needs and guiding them through grocery items.
- Organize and arrange products systematically on shelves.
- Affix price tags on products appropriately.
- Manage the billing process and operate the cash counter efficiently.
- Oversee stock levels and maintain inventory records accurately.

Shift Timings: 1 PM - 10:30 PM fixed shift
Local candidates and male applicants are preferred. There are also fixed shift options for female and male employees with duty timings noted below.
Working Hours
- The role requires 9 hours of work daily with a 30-minute meal break.
- Duty is 26 days per month with one rotating weekly off day.
- Specific shifts:
- Females: 6 AM - 3:30 PM (fixed)
- Males: 4 AM - 2 PM & 1:30 PM - 11 PM
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranges from ₹11,200 to ₹13,200.
- In-hand salary approximately ₹11,400 plus an early morning shift allowance of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000.
- Double pay on national holidays.
- 30 paid annual leaves every year.
- Gratuity, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th grade pass; 12th or graduate candidates preferred.
- Applicants below 10th grade can apply only if they have experience in retail, quick commerce, or e-commerce.
- Age range between 18 and 40 years.
