Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store presentation, ordering processes, adherence to display guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Hold personnel responsibility including scheduling and fostering employee growth
• Lead recruitment efforts to build your store team
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with regional management regarding performance and development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training with preferably prior experience in a comparable retail management position
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong responsibility and accountability
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days weekly, including regular evenings and weekends
• Commitment to an eight-week training period at one of our trainer stores in Germany
