Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Store Manager to bolster our Glasgow store operations. This permanent, full-time role entails leading retail activities, coaching a dynamic team, and driving sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience aligned with Pandora's signature selling approach.
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales data, key performance indicators, and customer feedback to inform commercial decisions and enhance store outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in planning and implementing business strategies that meet sales goals.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation adhere to brand standards to maximise commercial appeal.
- Lead and cultivate a diverse and engaged team, delivering effective communication, constructive feedback, and regular development support.
- Embodiment and promotion of Pandora's core values: Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver, acting as a role model within the team.
- Represent the brand on the shop floor by sharing product knowledge, telling compelling stories, and fostering personalised customer interactions.
- Resolve escalated customer service issues with professionalism and care, maintaining excellent service standards.
- Manage daily operational activities such as staff rotas, stock control, till management, security, health, safety, and compliance.
- Forecast staffing needs aligned with commercial demand and seasonal trends, maintaining high standards on the shop floor and efficient stock management.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and profitability in a retail environment.
- Passionate about fostering a culture of excellent customer service and capable of coaching teams to high performance.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to business needs flexibly.
- Positive, motivated attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora products and values.
- Growth-oriented mindset, receptive to feedback and continuously seeking to improve.
- Professional presentation with an affinity for desirable retail products.
Work Schedule
Expected to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) across all days of the week: Monday through Sunday.

- A competitive annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £40,800 (full-time equivalent).
