Role Overview
As a Store Manager based in Wisbech, you will be accountable for the daily operations of the store, steering your team by example and ensuring excellent customer service, sales growth, cost efficiency, and maintaining store standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires motivation, managing multiple tasks, and adapting to change to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive optimum sales performance by applying strong commercial skills and overseeing excellent customer experiences in a dynamic setting.
- Support, mentor, and develop your team to uphold high retail standards and foster customer loyalty.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising in line with Marketing directives, ensuring orderly and attractive presentation.
- Ensure health and safety policies are implemented effectively to guarantee a secure environment for employees and customers.

- Proven experience in retail store management.
