Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and results-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in running store operations to achieve commercial success and maintaining a high-performing sales environment. You will be pivotal in overseeing daily activities, motivating staff, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to coach, motivate, and support the team to meet and exceed sales targets while exemplifying Pandora’s world-class customer service standards.
- Manage operational tasks including stock control, store procedures, team scheduling, sales performance tracking, and store security to ensure efficient store functioning.
- Oversee the store operations and trading activities in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the retail floor, coordinating team placement to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement.
- Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training, and support the development and growth of the store team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal Assistant Store Manager will be a confident leader and dedicated team player passionate about retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Prior experience with a reputable brand or in consumer retail is preferred. Candidates currently in senior supervisory or Assistant Manager roles seeking a new challenge are encouraged to apply.
