Shift Manager

Role Overview

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless functioning while striving to increase sales through maintaining high standards aligned with agreed business plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute store operations to ensure smooth workflow and meet sales enhancement goals in line with business strategies.
• Maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the store premises and manage all store equipment to facilitate uninterrupted operations.
• Manage and implement the work shift as per the planned schedule.
• Organize staffing for shifts effectively to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct local sales marketing activities, including distributing door hangers, newspaper advertisements, and corporate outreach through calls.
• Lead staff meetings regularly to motivate the team and maintain high morale.
• Prepare various reports related to food costs, inventory levels, wastage, and profit and loss statements.
• Overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, shift leadership, inventory control, and food cost management.
