Job description
About the Role
The Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of stores operations in line with business goals. This role involves ensuring efficient store workflows, managing staff shifts, and driving sales growth while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute store operations to guarantee smooth daily functioning, emphasizing sales enhancement as per business objectives.
- Maintain the store’s physical condition and manage equipment to support uninterrupted operations.
- Implement shift schedules in line with operational plans.
- Organize staff deployment effectively during assigned shifts.
- Engage in localized sales marketing such as door-to-door outreach, newspaper ads, and corporate client calls.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to maintain team motivation and cohesion.
- Prepare reports covering food costs, inventory status, wastage, and profit & loss statements.
- Be accountable for day-to-day operations encompassing shift management, inventory control, and food cost supervision.
Candidate Requirements
- Willingness to work at any store location across Mumbai.
- Age bracket between 18 to 28 years.
- Availability and readiness to work in shift patterns.
