About the Role

ChapaSsyahii, a brand specializing in handcrafted home and lifestyle products, is seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Retail & Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing both in-store and online order management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and store operations to ensure efficiency and customer engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming brand experience.
• Manage online orders received through the website and WhatsApp platforms.
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders effectively.
• Maintain accurate inventory, billing, and stock documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and product exchanges promptly.
• Supervise coordination with store and packing teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Compile and prepare daily sales and operational performance reports.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in retail management.
• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with computers and familiar with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in managing online orders is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills along with the ability to solve operational problems.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a small team effectively.
