Job Overview
The Retail Store Manager will oversee the daily activities of the retail outlet, focusing on meeting sales objectives and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise everyday store functions to ensure targets are met.
- Lead, coach, and inspire store staff for optimal performance.
- Address and resolve customer service issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels, billing procedures, and cash handling.
- Ensure attractive product presentation and effective visual merchandising.
- Track employee attendance and evaluate their performance.
- Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain operational quality.
- Compile daily and weekly sales analytics and reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory.
- Between 3 to 6 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication skills and proven leadership in managing teams.
- Goal-driven mindset with thorough understanding of retail processes.
