Role Overview

Join Pandora as a Store Manager at Liffey Valley, taking full responsibility for the store’s sales performance, profitability, and daily operations. You will lead by example, driving an inclusive and motivated team environment aligned with Pandora’s values, delivering memorable customer experiences both in-store and across omnichannel platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive commercial success by managing sales and profitability targets.
  • Evaluate sales data to inform strategic decisions and seize business opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty, including seamless omnichannel experiences such as click & collect and endless aisle services.
  • Motivate and develop your team to achieve world-class retail selling through expert product knowledge and storytelling.
  • Maintain outstanding brand representation through consistent visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Develop efficient staff schedules that balance commercial goals and operational demands.
  • Build a resilient and adaptable team capable of meeting evolving business needs.
  • Manage inventory to reduce loss and boost sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety, security, data privacy, and internal policies.
  • Lead by embodying Pandora’s values—dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering—and promote a positive, diverse, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Conduct ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to foster a high-achieving team.
  • Identify and nurture talent by facilitating growth opportunities and talent succession planning.
  • Recruit and retain exceptional staff members to sustain strong leadership pipelines.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success in managing sales, profitability, and operational standards within customer-focused retail or premium consumer brands.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate data into actionable business improvements.
  • Ability to implement local and global business strategies through effective store-level execution aligned with KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing business requirements.
  • Passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences and enhancing customer loyalty.
