We are looking to recruit a proactive, highly organised Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a retail environment. This role involves leading operations, motivating a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding customer service to reach retail targets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager by overseeing the store’s daily operations to ensure commercial success.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the in-store team to meet and exceed sales goals while championing Pandora’s exceptional customer service standards.
- Manage stock control, store security, team scheduling, and monitor sales performance closely.
- Assume full responsibility for the store’s operation and trading during the Store Manager’s absence.
- Maintain a strong presence on the retail floor, managing team activity to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training, nurturing your team’s development and unlocking their full potential.
Candidate Profile
The ideal Assistant Store Manager will be a dedicated brand ambassador and an effective team leader who passionately supports their colleagues and delivers memorable in-store experiences. Experience within prominent retail brands and consumer product sectors is preferable. Those currently in senior supervisory or assistant management roles seeking a new challenge will find this an exciting opportunity.
