Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales data, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform profitable business decisions.
• Assist in strategizing and executing business plans to meet sales targets.
• Maintain and champion visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation according to brand guidelines.
• Help build and lead a diverse and engaged retail team by providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Uphold excellent communication and serve as a role model embodying Pandora's core values: Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by sharing product knowledge, storytelling, and leading your team in using the brand's signature selling approach.
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care.
• Support daily store operations such as scheduling, stock control, till management, and compliance with safety and security standards.
• Ensure efficient staffing aligned with commercial demands and seasonal trends.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, stock management, and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Proven success in driving sales and profitability within retail, preferably in consumer products or notable brands.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and coaching teams to perform at their best.
• Effective multitasking, organizational, and communication skills with flexibility to adapt to business changes.
• A positive mindset with enthusiasm for Pandora products and values.
• Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement and raising performance standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £38,400 per year (full-time equivalent).
