About the Role
Join Pandora as an Assistant Store Manager and become a core part of a leading global jewellery brand known for creating meaningful customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager by driving store performance, leading a motivated team, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a proactive and organized individual passionate about people and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales data, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform profitable business decisions.
- Assist in strategizing and executing business plans to meet sales targets.
- Maintain and champion visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation according to brand guidelines.
- Help build and lead a diverse and engaged retail team by providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Uphold excellent communication and serve as a role model embodying Pandora's core values: Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by sharing product knowledge, storytelling, and leading your team in using the brand's signature selling approach.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care.
- Support daily store operations such as scheduling, stock control, till management, and compliance with safety and security standards.
- Ensure efficient staffing aligned with commercial demands and seasonal trends.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, stock management, and operational procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in driving sales and profitability within retail, preferably in consumer products or notable brands.
- Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and coaching teams to perform at their best.
- Effective multitasking, organizational, and communication skills with flexibility to adapt to business changes.
- A positive mindset with enthusiasm for Pandora products and values.
- Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement and raising performance standards.
- Professional appearance with a genuine interest in desirable retail products.

- Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £38,400 per year (full-time equivalent).
