Role Overview
The Store Manager position is designed to ignite and nurture entrepreneurial qualities. Reporting directly to the District Manager, this role requires leading a team to drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruiting, managing, and retaining high-performing team members.
- Delivering passionate, energetic leadership accompanied by expert product knowledge.
- Developing a lively and interactive atmosphere including in-store demonstrations.
- Ensuring that the team consistently meets sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintaining adherence to company operational standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- At least two years of experience managing retail teams.
- Strong customer orientation paired with excellent communication skills.
- Proven coaching abilities to motivate and develop top talent.
- Superior organizational and time management capabilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with product demonstrations is advantageous.
