Role Overview
The Store Manager position is designed for a natural leader ready to invigorate their entrepreneurial instincts. Reporting to the District Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and inspiring the store team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and retain talented team members.
- Demonstrate high energy and extensive product knowledge.
- Create a lively and interactive environment, including hands-on store demonstrations.
- Lead the team to meet sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Uphold and execute company standards in all aspects of store operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years managing teams in a retail setting.
- Strong customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Effective coaching abilities to motivate high-performing individuals.
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with product demonstrations is an advantage.
- A positive and fun personality to enhance store culture.
