Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Pandora is currently seeking a proactive, organized, and result-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support retail operations and lead a high-performing team delivering outstanding customer service and surpassing sales targets. This full-time, onsite position is based in Dundrum, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland. Salary ranges between €25,000 to €43,200 per year with eligibility for monthly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store success by analyzing sales data, key performance indicators, and customer feedback to inform commercial decisions.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to meet sales objectives.
• Lead visual merchandising efforts ensuring product displays align with brand standards and enhance commercial appeal.
• Build and guide a diverse, inclusive team, fostering their growth through effective communication, feedback, and development discussions.
• Role model company values and serve as a trusted leader within the team.
• Represent Pandora on the shop floor with in-depth product knowledge and passionate storytelling to enhance customer experience.
• Inspire and coach staff to deliver personalized, meaningful moments to customers through the established selling ceremony.
• Manage escalated customer issues professionally to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, stock management, till handling, and compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
• Plan adequate staffing in response to business demands and seasonal trends to maintain operational excellence.

• Proven track record of driving sales performance and profitability in retail environments.
• Experienced in fostering a culture centered on exceptional customer service and team coaching.
• Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking skills, and flexibility in a dynamic commercial setting.
• Positive, enthusiastic approach with a passion for Pandora products and core brand values.
• Adopts a growth mindset, embraces feedback, encourages continuous improvement, and readily adapts to change.
• Professional appearance with an affinity for quality products and retail ambiance.
• Preferred experience in notable retail brands or desirable consumer products; senior supervisory or assistant management background advantageous.
