Your Responsibilities
- Lead your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
- Oversee the store's appearance, order processing, implementation of merchandising guidelines, and daily operational tasks
- Manage personnel including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
- Recruit new team members to build your store team
- Collaborate with regional management by discussing performance results and store development
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills to motivate and develop your store team through feedback
- Availability for 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings
- Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
- Alignment with Action's values including teamwork, discipline, cost-consciousness, simplicity, respect, and customer orientation
