Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store presentation, ordering processes, compliance with presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel matters including shift scheduling and promoting employee development
• Recruit new staff to build your store team
• Communicate with the regional management regarding store results and development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to participate in an 8-week onboarding program at one of the trainer stores in Germany

The weekly work schedule consists of 40 hours, spread over 5 days.
