Job description
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day retail store functions, including visual merchandising, recruiting and training staff, scheduling, and managing inventory to ensure alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store personnel to meet performance targets.
- Support merchandising activities, handle stocking, and unpack daily shipment deliveries.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards consistently.
- Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness of the store at all times.
- Manage cash handling, and oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Deliver team feedback and assign daily responsibilities.
- Oversee hiring processes and employee performance management.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of experience in retail operations combined with team management.
- Availability to work during days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
