Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will take full accountability for running a single restaurant location. Your responsibilities include recruiting, overseeing, and guiding staff to reach financial objectives while ensuring exceptional guest service. You will be instrumental in driving the overall success of your store.

Training and Development

A comprehensive store leadership training program lasting eight weeks or more is provided to prepare you for success in this role.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma mandatory
• Willingness to relocate up to 50 miles from home if necessary
• Ability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business demands
• Serve Safe food safety certification

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work involves standing for extended periods (up to 4 hours), operating in hot, noisy kitchens, and handling food preparation which requires the use of knives and other equipment. Lifting up to 50 pounds is expected. Employees must be able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. Effective verbal communication and conflict management skills are essential.
